Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated timelines are communicated at checkout or in order communications when supported by the store configuration. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Destinations and restrictions
Shipping is limited to destinations and products that we can lawfully service. We may request additional information, refuse, or cancel an order if legal, customs, carrier, age-verification, or other restrictions apply.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email or displayed in your account. The Order Tracking page can show WooCommerce order status using an order ID and billing email; it does not, by itself, provide live carrier tracking.
Delays, customs, and delivery issues
Delivery may be delayed by carrier operations, weather, customs or address problems. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and contact us if an order is delayed, damaged or missing. Any customs obligations must be explained before sale as required by law.
