Requesting assistance
If an order is incorrect, arrives damaged, is incomplete, or does not arrive, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, clear photos of the package or goods. We will review the request and explain the available resolution.
Research material handling
For safety, traceability, and product-integrity reasons, returns of opened, used, tampered-with, or improperly stored research materials may not be accepted, to the extent applicable law allows. Do not ship material back until you receive return instructions.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. A cancellation may no longer be possible once an order is prepared or dispatched. Where a refund is approved or required by law, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Return shipping
We will clarify eligibility, any required authorization, and responsibility for return shipping when responding to the request. Applicable law takes precedence.
